How to use?

Simply dilute 3 drops of the chosen flower in a glass of water and drink it in small sips. In case of emergency, the flowers can be poured directly into the mouth. For an efficient result, it is recommended to consume them at least 4 times a day.

You can prepare a mixture with several flowers (up to 7 maximum). Simply combine 2 drops of each essence in a 30ml bottle and fill it with mineral water. Then take 4 drops of the preparation, 4 times a day.

For a preparation to be truly effective, it must be adapted to your current state. If a mixture doesn’t “work”, it’s usually because it’s not right for you.

Doctor Edward Bach (1886-1936) was an English physician who devoted himself to medical research in the 1920s-1930s. Doctor, surgeon, homeopath, bacteriologist and immunologist, he was very interested in people’s behavior, their personality and their emotions.

From 1930, he identified 38 plants corresponding to as many mental states enabling suffering. He clearly explained his philosophy “as long as the soul, body and spirit are in harmony, nothing can affect us.”

Dr. Bach also created a blend of essences which is probably his most famous of all, Rescue, ideal for extreme emergency situations and moments of high pressure.
